Terms and Conditions for Wall Street Luxury Car Rental
Introduction
Welcome to Wall Street Luxury Car Rental. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
General Terms
- You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license to rent a vehicle from Wall Street Luxury Car Rental. Some vehicles may have higher age requirements.
- Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid payment method. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is driven in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Vehicles are strictly for personal use and not for racing, off-roading, or any illegal activities.
Insurance Terms
- In case of accident, if the hirer is responsible, they will pay the accident penalty ‘the excess amount of insurance coverage’ + 20% of repairing costs, in addition to the daily rent until the vehicle is repaired. If they are not responsible and the second party is present, the hirer is liable for the daily rental until the vehicle is repaired.
- In the event of “TOTAL LOSS” (damage to the vehicle beyond economic repair), the hirer agrees to pay the company 20% of the total insured value of the vehicle + the accident penalty ‘the excess amount of insurance coverage’.
- The hirer must be a holder of a valid driving license for at least one (1) year and be more than 25 years of age.
- If the hirer’s driving license is less than a year old or they are under 25 years of age, they are fully liable to pay for all repair charges and damages.
- The vehicle is for use in the UAE only, and the insurance coverage is also valid only within the UAE.
- If an accident occurs due to the driver being under the influence of alcohol or any other substances, they will be fully responsible for all losses and damages to the vehicle and any consequences with authorities.
- The hirer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and secure place when not in use. Any damages caused to the vehicle, including natural disasters, are the sole responsibility of the hirer, as these cannot be claimed under insurance.
- Any damage not supported by a police report will make the hirer fully responsible, including vehicle repair costs.
Fines and SALIK Terms
- The hirer agrees to pay all traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period.
- A deposit may be required for traffic and parking fines during or after the rental period. The company reserves the right, within one year of the rental’s end, to claim any unpaid amounts from the hirer.
- The hirer agrees to pay charges for the use of electronic toll gates (SALIK) at AED 5 per pass.
Conditions
- The hirer should not move the car from the accident site until police inspection is complete. Required documents must be delivered to the rental office immediately, or the hirer will be fully responsible.
- The hirer is responsible for repair costs and daily rent for the period the vehicle is non-operational due to negligence, carelessness, or intentional damage.
- Any repairs must be authorized by the rental office. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited.
- The vehicle should be returned in good condition as per the check-out list. Failure to do so may result in cleaning charges.
- The hirer must bring the vehicle to the office for periodic servicing.
- The hirer is prohibited from using the vehicle for off-road driving, races, rallies, or other activities that could damage the vehicle. Damages caused by such misuse are the hirer’s responsibility.
- Wall Street Luxury Car Rental is not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
- Daily mileage is limited to 250 km. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges based on the car model.
- One day’s rental equals 24 hours. Delays of more than one hour will be charged as a full day.
Additional Liabilities
- The hirer is liable for towing charges, decline in vehicle value (whether repaired or not), and any legal or court fees resulting from damage or loss of the vehicle.
No Insurance Coverage in the Following Cases
- Subleasing the vehicle.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances at the time of an accident.
- Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle.
- Natural disaster damages.
- Off-road driving, races, or desert use.
- Driving the vehicle outside the UAE.
Service and Delivery Terms
- Vehicle deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, except on Thursdays when the last delivery is at 7:00 PM. Friday is a public holiday, and prior agreement is required for vehicle returns. Full-day rent is applicable for Friday returns.
- Original identification documents may be required until the rental period concludes. Documents will be returned once the vehicle is returned in good condition.
- Any complaints involving public authorities or third parties are the hirer’s responsibility, including associated costs and documentation.
